TNR Outdoors, Llangollen on the 1st September 2022
Our intrepid team of company thrill seekers journeyed to Llangollen for a full day of activities.
With temperate weather on their side, they enjoyed a morning of white water rafting on the river Dee. Starting with team paddling exercises, they quickly gained their water wings. All had a ‘swim’ in the river, whether intentional or not!
Come lunch time, the gang was treated to a BBQ spread by Chef Dave. A much-needed recovery time, with scenic views of the river and valley.
Afterwards they moved indoors to the target sports range. The sharpshooters took part in archery, axe throwing and air rifle marksmanship. Champions emerged; with John as ‘Best Viking’, Pete as combined ‘John Wayne/Most Injured!’ and Ed as ‘Robin Hood’. Well done to the victors!
To finish the adventure, Dave donned the chef’s hat once more and another round of BBQ treats was rustled up.
Another fantastic social, we’re certainly looking forward to the next one!
