iTEL's ucSKILLS Exhibits at UCExpo
The iTEL team were delighted to be exhibiting at the UCExpo 2022 on 12th and 13th October at ExCel London.
Members of our Management, Training and Sales teams were able to showcase our ucSKILLS platform to a variety of Technology Providers and Service Providers from our own dedicated and newly branded iTEL stand.
The two days were filled with many in-depth discussions with attendees (including other exhibitors), who were very interested in how ucSKILLS could really help drive digital adoption and customer retention. Some were keen to see how our End User Training could help them ensure that their solutions landed effectively with their own customers, helping those customers get the most out of their UC systems in order to drive ROI, NPS and ultimately customer retention. Others were keen to understand how Reseller Enablement Training would increase internal product knowledge, generate more seat sales and improve the overall customer experience through their channel partners.
We received many interesting leads from the event and are currently in the process of taking some of these partnerships further.
